Michigan - The Second Visit - Detroit

This morning we went swimming again. Then we went to the Episcopal Cathedral in Detroit - Saint Paul's. We had our first communion with Jack. Next we went to the Detroit Science Center. Jack played at a NASA space exhibit and on all kinds of neat science things.

We had lunch at a local Detroit Coney Island hot dog restaurant - it was pretty good. We drove through downtown Detroit for a quick tour and looked across the river into Canada. Kat had planned to fly to Atlanta tonight but it was put off until Monday - thank God.

We all went to the mall across the parking lot from the hotel. We went to Marshall Fields to buy Jack more cloths. We went back to the hotel and had dinner, went swimming - by now Jack is a master of the pool - and watched the Olympics.
